CHINESE LACQUER The Muwen Tang Collection Series Vol. 20 by Simon Kwan A comprehensive study on the history of Chinese lacquer from the Eastern Zhou through the Qing dynasty, with special chapters on basic lacquer techniques and the evolution of tixi lacquer. 130 important pieces of Chinese lacquer drawn the Muwen Tang collection are illustrated, including many pieces of the Song and Yuan periods never before published.
